Do purposeful people exert greater influence over others?
Our research investigates whether (or, the extent to which) an individual's sense of purpose shapes their ability to persuade, inspire, and lead. We examine the psychological and behavioral mechanisms through which purpose may amplify social influence, and explore how these dynamics unfold in teams, organizations, and communities. This work has important implications for leadership development, organizational culture, and understanding how purpose-driven individuals shape collective outcomes.
